Surface Use
The ball is designed for use on rhythmic gymnastics mats only. Please use the ball exclusively on official rhythmic pop-up mats. Do not use the ball on rough surfaces, hard floors, or carpets.

Inflation
Use only the Sasaki ball pump to regulate air pressure. The use of other pumps may damage the valve due to different needle sizes. Before inflation, apply a small amount of lubricant to the tip of the pump needle, then carefully insert the needle into the valve. Remove the needle in the same manner. Inflating the ball without lubricant is prohibited.

Over-inflation or under-inflation may cause the ball to deform, expand, or rupture. Adjust the air pressure gradually while regularly checking the condition of the ball. Do not exceed the specified ball diameter. Deflating the ball during transport is prohibited.

Care
The surface of the ball is coated with a special lacquer. After each use, clean the surface with a damp cloth, allow it to dry completely, and store the ball in a cloth bag.

Storage
Keep the ball away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to moisture or sunlight may cause discoloration.

Valve
If the valve dries out, it may harden and become damaged.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Prague: 0–1 business day
• Czech Republic: 1–3 business days
• International orders: typically 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping method

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

• unused
• in original condition
• in original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us by email and include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page).
